I believe Usability can be found all around us. Usability deals with a path to a best practice, adjustment of a path with something new or removed, and to remove the angst of change.
I am about making our world work better, easier and more user friendly. Technology today is too hard to use. A computer should be as easy to use as a pencil. In order to humanize a world that uses technology as an infrastructure, we must develop technologies in a way that serves people first.
